Away from the city, the vast forests of the Ardennes mountains are dotted with historic towns, medieval castles, and sparkling rivers in deep valleys.     .

Its a wonderful region to explore, and there are plenty of marked walks, with numerous hotels and restaurants which will ensure you are both comfortable and welcome.
